  • Customers pay the store

Customers pay the service provider directly, using the method that store specifies.

  • AutoHub does not take money for the store

AutoHub does not collect, hold, or process service payments on behalf of stores.

  • Payment methods depend on the store

Each store may support different payment methods according to its own process.

Frequently asked questions

Customers pay the store directly. Stores pay AutoHub a booking fee on eligible LINE OA bookings, shown on each Invoice.

Where do customers pay for the service?

You pay the service store directly for the work they do. AutoHub does not take that payment, and this website is not where you pay the store — the method is whatever that store uses or tells you.

Does AutoHub collect service payments from customers?

No. AutoHub does not collect, hold, or process the price of the service on behalf of stores. Booking through AutoHub is free for car owners; AutoHub earns from stores, not from the people booking.

How do stores receive payment from customers?

Each store collects for the work according to its own process. AutoHub is not a payment gateway between the customer and the store, so methods can differ from store to store.

How does AutoHub charge stores?

AutoHub charges a booking fee only for eligible bookings that come from the AutoHub LINE Official Account, on the terms shown on the store's Invoice. There is no signup fee and no monthly subscription. The exact amount appears on the Invoice in the Store Portal.

Which bookings carry a fee?

Bookings that originate from the AutoHub LINE Official Account can carry a fee under AutoHub's terms. Walk-in bookings and other bookings the store creates itself are not LINE OA bookings and are not charged that way.

How does a store receive an Invoice?

AutoHub summarises fees from bookings in the previous billing period and issues an Invoice for that cycle. Stores review it in the Store Portal, pay by bank transfer or PromptPay to the account shown, and upload the slip. Slips stay private and are never published on this website.

How many days does an Invoice have to be paid?

Stores have seven days after receiving the Invoice to complete payment. AutoHub reviews the uploaded slip and marks the Invoice paid only after the slip is approved.

What happens if payment is overdue?

If the Invoice is overdue for more than seven days and payment is not complete, AutoHub temporarily pauses new bookings through the AutoHub LINE Official Account. The Store Portal stays available, existing bookings are not cancelled, walk-in intake is not paused, and the store account is not deleted.

After the Invoice is paid, how does LINE OA booking intake resume?

Once AutoHub has reviewed the slip and marked the Invoice paid, the store can receive new bookings through AutoHub LINE OA as usual. The pause applied only to new LINE OA intake, not to the rest of the Store Portal.

What should I do if there is a problem with payment?

If AutoHub rejects a slip, it tells the store why so a corrected payment can be submitted. A statement is marked paid only after AutoHub has reviewed and approved the slip. For other issues, contact AutoHub through LINE from the About page on this site.
